All BIDA items are made by a professional Pastry Chef with awareness and practice to all sanitation requirements for safe food service. Chef Korine holds an Allergen and Food Safety and Sanitation license with the state of Illinois.

 

Please be advised...At this time, during the construction of BIDA's new commercial private kitchen, all production is temporarily taking place in Chef Korine's registered home kitchen with record on file at the Elgin Health Department.  

Vegan Hugs! All desserts are happily crafted by a vegan Chef with vegan preparation using 100% vegan ingredients.  Local honey is sometimes part of the menu and those desserts will not be labeled as "vegan". 

BIDA uses all types of tree nuts and occasionally peanuts.
