All BIDA items are made by a professional pastry chef with awareness and practice to all sanitation requirements for safe food service. Chef Korina holds an Allergen and Food Safety Sanitation license with the state of Illinois.
BIDA prepares all baked goods in a private home kitchen located in Elgin, Illinois, with a Cottage Food License.
Vegan Hugs! All desserts are happily crafted by a vegan chef with vegan preparation using 100% vegan ingredients. Our kitchen processes ingredients that contain allergens such as wheat flour, soy, and assorted tree nuts including almonds, pistachios, walnuts, & pecans. Peanuts are not on menu options but are occasionally in the kitchen.
