All BIDA items are made by a vegan pastry chef with awareness and practice to all sanitation requirements for safe food service. Chef Korine holds an Allergen and Food Safety Sanitation license with the state of Illinois.
BIDA prepares all baked goods in a private home kitchen located in Elgin, Illinois, with a Cottage Food License.
Vegan Hugs! All desserts are happily crafted with vegan preparation using 100% vegan ingredients. Our kitchen processes ingredients that contain allergens such as WHEAT, SOY, and assorted TREE NUTS including almonds, pistachios, walnuts, & pecans. We work with coconut in some recipes. PEANUTS are occasionally in the kitchen.
